How It Works

Step 2 - We Prepare

Every person goes through our structured preparation program. Starting with a personal conversation to understand the person, leading to a bespoke pathway designed for them. We support on CVs, Personal Statements, interview coaching and warm employer introductions tailored to each person’s strengths

Step 3 -We Place

We facilitate the placement and provide post-placement support to ensure both the player and employer are set up for success. This is not recruitment this is a careful considered pathway.
